There's no caption, but since this is clearly a companion piece to TOM WITH BIBLE, it is almost certainly meant to represent one of Stowe's characters. Chloe would be older and heavier, Eliza would have her child with her, so the most likely characters are Cassy and, less probably, Emmeline.
